How do I place my order?
Ordering online from TheBlkPod.com is easy! When viewing an item, simply select the size, color and quantity needed and then click ‘ADD TO CART’. Once you have your desired items in your Bag, simply click the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button.
Next, enter any discount coupon codes that you may want to use to discount the price. Finally, you will be directed to complete the Shipping address, shipping method, and payment method. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!
Can I cancel the order I just placed?
Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at support@example.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
Do you provide Tracking Information?
Yes, when your tracking number becomes available, you will receive a notification via email to track your order. Please allow up to 5 days for tracking to update from the carrier.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at support@example.com within 14 days of delivery and we will be able to assist you.
If you're order has not arrived within a month of ordering please get in touch with us. If you reach out to us after a month then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to assist.
For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. We do recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for orders being returned to us.
Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
